What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the products there is no returns policy unless there has been a mistake on our part when printed.  This rarely happens but human error can occur.  If this is the case we will offer a full replacement or refund.  You may cancel an order of a design if you are not happy with the preview but this must be at the time of replying to the email containing your design.  After this time you do wave the right to cancel your order.  

The previews are an essential part of the ordering process, please check your emails (also junk).  When your receive this I need you to you to FIRST and FOREMOST check your information is correct!! If an error is not picked up on at the time of previews and your items go to print it is unfortunately NOT my responsibility.

Please to avoid unnecessary cost to yourself check your previews properly!

How long is a typical order turnaround?

We typically work within a 5-7 business day turnaround, however I do try to work to 3-5 business day.  This can vary due to busy periods or the size of your order.  If we are experiencing delays there will be a message sent immediately or a note on the website to say that you maybe waiting longer.   If the order is urgent I recommend choosing the First Class option at check out.

What are the payment options?

We currently take all major credit or debit cards, Paypal, Clearpay & Klarna.

Can I email or message you to discuss any ideas for my cards or labels if I dont see what I want on the website?

Of course,  feel free to contact our Facebook messenger page or email us on the address provided and we will discuss anything you would like.  Our Facebook Group and Page have a variety of photos of the work we have done which have been posted by ourselves or our customers.
