Introduction

As working from home and side hustles are now becoming ever more popular it is not always possible to have your own bricks and mortar store.  As you may have experienced yourself, social media algorithms change periodically meaning sometimes your business groups or pages can be hidden.  The business card has always and will be forever more an essential part of your branding.  There are no ends to the possibilities of the information your card can contain, especially now there are QR codes compatible with most smart phone cameras.

Designing the perfect business card can be quite daunting.  you finally think everything is perfect and then the printers tell you that the design doesn't work.  Maybe the bleed lines are not right or the card sizing is off.  Here in the UK we print a standard size of 8.5cmx5.5cm rectangle.  This can be either the typical landscape or to make it different portrait.
